After a long summer of very little creative work, and partying too hard, somewhat inspired by starting my foundation diploma and in art and design, I jumped at the opertunity of tonights sky. Unfortunatly, the focus was slightly out, but the blur is adds to the eerieness.
Armed with tripod and iPod, I went over to the ponds for tonight’s shoot (lack of car seriously limits my options). It’s too light so I end up having to wait for the sun to set further behind the curvature of the earth. I see a group of kids armed with flashlights heading undoubtably towards Pyestock, and I shed a metaphorical tear for the vandalism about to happen. Anyway heres the fruits of tonight:
So theres nothing more manly than fire. So improvised flamethrowers using a plastic bottle, hairspray and a lighter are pretty interesting to muck about with. I will post more once my face transplant is a success..
Appologies for the lack of posting over easter. I’ve done several shoots just been too drunk or too lazy to actually upload anything onto the blog. Anyway, tonight I went down to the reserve to shoot tonights beautifully clear sky. Tonight was also the first time I’ve seen the moon in two weeks, and I’ve been looking out for it.
